Transcare was established in March 2013 with the primary objective of providing reliable, ethical, and patient-centered emergency medical and ambulance transport services. From its inception, Transcare was founded to address the growing need for timely, organized, and compassionate pre-hospital care, particularly in communities with limited access to dependable emergency medical transport.
In its formative years, Transcare focused on building a solid operational and regulatory foundation, investing in compliant ambulance units, essential life-support equipment, and the recruitment and training of qualified emergency medical personnel. Strong emphasis was placed on compliance with Department of Health (DOH) standards, local government requirements, and generally accepted emergency medical service practices.
As demand for ambulance and patient transport services increased, Transcare progressively expanded its scope of operations to include emergency response services, inter-facility patient transfers, medical standby coverage for events, and specialized transport services. Continuous staff training, protocol development, and quality assurance systems were implemented to ensure consistent, safe, and high-quality service delivery.
Over the years, Transcare strengthened its institutional presence through formal service agreements and partnerships with hospitals, clinics, corporate entities, religious organizations, and community groups. These collaborations reinforced Transcare’s role as a trusted on-call and secondary ambulance service provider.
Guided by its commitment to professionalism, discipline, and compassionate service, Transcare continues to evolve by modernizing its fleet, updating medical protocols, and improving coordination and communication systems. Today, Transcare remains steadfast in its founding mission: to deliver prompt, competent, and humane pre-hospital medical care while upholding the highest standards of integrity and public service.
